Feb. 12 - Day Thirty

I hope most of you enjoyed your day off today. Too bad you will have to make it up later:( It was a good day for me, because I felt like I had time to enjoy the things I was doing without feeling rushed. When I have the time to take my time and do things well, I really feel a great sense of accomplishment. Time is a huge valuable assest that we only get so much of. Make sure you don't over load your life with so much stuff that you don't enjoy the things you are doing. It takes some time getting use to it but it is so much healthier for us to slow down and take our time with our time.

8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Think about such things is easier than said. But this is one of the final challenges Paul gives us at the end of this book. One thing I do know it is harder for me to think about these things when I am rushed and don't have time to start my day off right. Make sure tomorrow is started on the right foot. Slow down and take time to know God.

Wow, we're so close to the end of the challenge !!!
Can you believe that it's been a month since the retreat ??? I can't !!! It still feels as if it were 5 days ago !!!

So, again, I really love Philippians cause of how amazing it it !!
this verse right here goes along with what Pd is saying ''Do not be anxious about anything,''. It's hard for us to make time to relax, or we even have to make time for God. We shouldn't be making time for God, because God made time for us. We should be thinking of him 24/7. Like Pd said, much easier said then done.
