It was great to see everyone out tonight, I love having a good Wednesday night to see everyone and check up on what is going on. That is an important part of helping us to maintain our spiritual growth. Yet it becomes so much more than just showing up. That is the point of why we do the 180 challenge. It is about getting everyone to be successful with their spiritual walk the other 6 days a week. If I can get you to understand this value and discipline than you have a great start on maintaining your walk after you graduate youth ministry. 20Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, I love this verse, I can still remember first time hearing this verse at a promise keepers event when I was 17. It crazy to think that God is able to do more than we can imagine, it gives me great hope because God is so much bigger than anything I can imagine. It also encourages me to know that there is power with in me and that I am capable of doing amazing things. Hope this encourages you as you live for Him today

I love that verse to Pd.
Another one that caught my eye was : and to know this love that surpasses knowledge: think about that for a second everyone. Love that none of us could ever think of. Yeah we see love in movies and in real life, but this love is something that NO ONE can think of or imagine.
- God is is wonderful and mysterious I love it! Why God gave his son for all of us is just beyond me. I mean imagine that you're the son of God and being told that you have to die for a world that some people don't even believe in you or for people that wanted to kill you. If that were me, I'd say '' NO with a capitol N !!!! ''
I guess that's why God is God ( the perfect) and we are us- the imperfect :) Thank God for that :)

this verse really makes me think about how powerful God is and how he continues to show me how much he loves me. it's great to read about a love and power that is true because to many times those things are so fake in our lives.

I know I'm like, a day late on this one, but quite honestly... I pretty much forgot about that verse, you know? I was thinking about how bad I did today with devotions... adn then, it's like, God is at work in you, Jackie! and I'm like... woah! It doesn't matter that I screwed up today with devotions. It'd hurt me a lot more to dwell on than that to just stop what I'm doing and do them, you know?
